Will the images taken by the scan function be saved?

No. Protecting user privacy is a core principle of our product design.

All images captured through the scan function are processed in real time and sent directly to the AI character solely for recognition and interaction purposes. These images are not stored, saved, reviewed, or accessed by our servers, our team, or any third party at any point in the process.

Once the AI completes the identification or interaction—such as explaining what an object is, telling a related story, or providing learning content—the image data is immediately discarded. There is no image history, no cloud gallery, and no manual review involved.

We do not use scan images for training, analytics, advertising, or product optimization. The scan feature exists only to create a more natural and engaging interaction experience for the user, while fully respecting data security and personal privacy.

In short:

• Images are not stored or logged

• Images are not viewed by humans
